How mistakes are found
Before a page is updated, every fact on it is read again against the source it cites and against Starlink’s current page. Price levels are re-read from Starlink’s national order lists, and legal and help-center wording from the documents themselves. Reader messages aren’t collected and personal details are never requested, so these scheduled re-checks are how errors surface.
What an entry looks like
- The date the fix went live.
- The page and the passage that was wrong.
- What it said before, and what it says now.
- The source that settled it.
If a page was right when written and Starlink has since changed something, that isn’t our error: the page is updated and the change is logged on the changelog instead.
What doesn’t count as an error
A home price at your address that differs from the levels printed here. Starlink prices home plans address by address, and these pages print dated levels from its national list, not a quote for anyone’s house. starlink.com shows your own price once it has your address.
